A wedding day may be photographed in a matter of hours, but the work continues after the event: files have to be transferred, checked, backed up, selected, edited and delivered with care. A beautiful photograph is not much use to a client if it disappears or arrives in a chaotic folder.
I keep the documentary feel of a wedding in mind when I edit.
