Build coverage around your ceremony and family

I photograph weddings with calm direction and documentary attention, so the day stays yours and the photographs still hold the atmosphere of the place.

Share the ceremony programme and any photography restrictions before the wedding. Explain which moments, rituals and family groups matter to you rather than assuming that a photographer can identify every custom from its appearance. Discuss privacy needs and where photographers can stand or move with your officiant and coordinator.

Confirm the Waterfront space and layout

This is the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront at 700 Aliceanna Street, rather than another Marriott property in Baltimore. The hotel’s official events page lists different capacities for banquet, reception and theater arrangements. Its largest chart figures are not a ready-made wedding floor plan.

Ask the event team to include your ceremony structure, dinner tables, stage, dance floor and service routes in the proposed layout. Confirm preparation rooms, portrait access and an indoor weather alternative at the same time. These current planning questions do not identify the rooms or contractual arrangements in Kunal and Milly’s photographs.

What should we discuss about catering and guest access?

Discuss dietary requirements, ingredient handling and any outside-caterer request directly with the hotel. General customized catering does not establish a particular religious menu or preparation procedure. Confirm how your requirements will be handled before approving a menu.

For arrival and mobility needs, check the hotel’s current property information and confirm the event entrance, parking and route to your booked spaces. Do not build the schedule around assumed waterfront access or a hotel airport shuttle.
